• Design / choose centerpieces and table settings
• Order party favors
• Decide on any other arrangements or activities for guests throughout their stay in Jacksonville

Three Months:

• Finalize guest list
• Send out invitations
• Touch base with our team to confirm details

One Month:

• Decide on seating arrangements
• Order any necessary kosher dinners, vegetarian selections, and finalize details of the food service

One Week:

• Prepare party favors
• Confirm entertainment, florist, food details

Day of:
